You can save time and headaches by using Google Calendar to set up an online appointment booking system. You can create one calendar for each class within your school district Google Calendar. 

You can share the link of the appointment calendar on your classroom website [using embed or just post the link], Google Classroom, text message, or email. 

After an event for yourself or any classes is created, Google Calendar automatically blocks that timeslot from booking for all calendars under your Google Calendar.
